Last year, Alisa & Jordan went on vacation to tropical Costa Rica. Aside from getting engaged while enjoying a sunset walk on the beach (nicely done Jordan), they met Chantelle & Justin who were on their honeymoon shorty after I had captured their farm wedding- small world!

This is one busy couple, so we had to get them both away from it all to capture their engagement photos.  We headed to Guild Park & Gardens in Scarborough where remains of some of Toronto oldest heritage buildings were brought for preservation, creating a unique backdrop for artists and the public.  This June, we’ll be capturing Alisa & Jordan’s wedding at Ancaster’s Old Mill. See you soon guys!

Definitely my favourite wedding of the season, Jenna & Paul brought me in after meeting me at Paul’s sister’s wedding (Danielle & Dave).

I loved the feel of their whole day – all details were attended to and no stone was left unturned. Jenna herself had an elegant Katherine Hepburn in-her-prime feel that day, while Paul’s film-noir was the perfect foil. The evening reception was completed with a very hush-hush, password-only speakeasy lounge where fine beverages were served along with an education in their enjoyment. What a treat!

I hope you love this post as much as I had fun assembling it, do enjoy.

Amanda & Matt are one of those easy, fun couples you just love to photograph – quick smiles, and always up for a big laugh. On their wedding day they brought an equally great group of friends along. We captured their couple and bridal party photos at beautiful Gairloch Gardens and even took a group selfie before we were through.

I knew photographing their wedding was going to be a lot of fun – have a look at their photos, their joy truly shows through. Though they’re not planning on any children just yet, I know their kids will grow up in a home filled with laughter. Best of luck you two!
